Hope Health Clinic

Hope Health Clinic is a primary care clinic located in LaGrange, Kentucky. Patients seen at HHC are low wage earners (at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level) and are either uninsured or have unaffordable deductibles and therefore are without access to care.

Hope Health Clinic provides primary medical care to those who are low income or are without insurance or have an unaffordable deductible and do not have access to medical.  Care in the clinic includes access to basic laboratory procedures, referral to specialty care practices if needed and an in-house pharmacy which provides basic medications to patients at no cost.
