Robert Jamison Ministries, Inc. (RJM) is a Louisville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to empowering underserved families and youth, particularly those impacted by incarceration, poverty, and systemic barriers. Through signature programs Project Inspire (Youth Empowerment), Nehemiah Empowerment Project (Reentry Services), Project Connect (Digital Equity), and Trauma-Informed Family Services RJM delivers wraparound services that improve academic outcomes, reduce recidivism, expand access to technology, and strengthen family healing.  Our motto that RJM strives daily to do is TRANSFORMING LIVES AND EMPOWERING FAMILIES!

RJM addresses these disparities with tutoring, mentoring, reentry support, digital access, trauma-informed care, and family-centered case management, transportation, advocacy and workforce development.
