The Marnel C. Moorman Family Life Center (MCMFLC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to the spiritual, social, physical, and economic development of individuals and families in our community.
Named in honor of Marnel C. Moorman, the Center strives to be a safe, welcoming place where youth can discover their God-given talents, connect with mentors, and grow in faith and purpose.
We believe that strong education, exposure to new opportunities, and holistic empowerment create lasting change – especially for the next generation.
What We Do
Educate, Expose, and Empower. Our afterschool program is a safe, structured, and nurturing space where children and youth are empowered to grow. Through literacy support, tutoring, enrichment activities, and character-building mentorship, we are bridging gaps in education and confidence—helping young people see themselves as leaders and learners with limitless potential.
