Volunteer: 2026 Relays For Inclusion - Lousiville

Relays for Inclusion is a community-powered track and field event celebrating youth of all abilities. Families, nonprofits, schools, and local organizations come together for a day of joy, movement, and belonging — and we need dedicated volunteers to help make it unforgettable.

We’re looking for compassionate, energetic volunteers who want to make a real impact!


Volunteer Roles Needed

Running Guides Support youth with disabilities on the track by pacing, guiding, and encouraging them during their races. No coaching experience required — just patience, positivity, and a love for movement.


Race Officials & Event Helpers Help with timing, lane support, staging athletes, distributing medals, managing water stations, and keeping the event running smoothly.


General Volunteers Assist with check-in, packet pick-up, set-up, tear-down, and family support areas.
