Join Change Today, Change Tomorrow in supporting our Feed the West Free Grocery Distribution, Monday-Thursday from 11 AM to 2:30 PM (at the latest). If you're new to volunteering, please review our Feed the West Volunteer Handbook before your first shift.

INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS/ NON-CORPORATE TEAMS: 
Before working your first shift, please attend our Monthly Volunteer Meeting for an orientation about volunteering at Feed the West. The meeting is every third Friday, 1 pm at Baxter Community Center. You can register via the Metro United Way shift or contact Cayla to let us know you're coming

** If you have more than ten volunteers, we have several other ways to activate and engage your group outside of our food program. Please reach out to Cayla to coordinate these opportunities. **

A usual shift has tasks like
