During the Summit:

Registration and Check-in:
- Time Frame: April 13, 2024 (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Volunteers Needed: 5
- Tasks:
- Assist with attendee registration and check-in process.
- Distribute name tags, program booklets, and other materials.
- Provide directions and answer questions from attendees.

Room Setup and Logistics:
- Time Frame: April 13, 2024 (6:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Volunteers Needed: 5
- Tasks:
- Set up tables, chairs, signage, and audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.
- Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for sessions.
- Coordinate with venue staff for any additional needs or last-minute adjustments.

Break and Networking Support:
- Time Frame: Throughout the Summit (10:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Volunteers Needed: 5
- Tasks:
- Assist with serving refreshments and snacks during break times.
- Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
- Facilitate networking opportunities and engage with attendees to foster connections.

Assistance with Sessions and Activities:
- Time Frame: Throughout the Summit (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Volunteers Needed: 5
- Tasks:
- Serve as session hosts or assistants, ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
- Provide support to speakers, facilitators, and attendees as needed.
- Manage microphones, presentation materials, and other equipment during sessions.

Cleanup and Tear Down:
- Time Frame: April 13, 2024 (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
- Volunteers Needed: 5
- Tasks:
- Break down tables, chairs, and equipment in meeting rooms.
- Dispose of trash and recycling materials.
- Ensure venue is left clean and orderly before departing.
