Join us for our most exciting volunteer opportunity yet - helping folks go Over the Edge for Gilda's!
We are partnering with Over The Edge to provide a unique fundraising event on May 21st, giving people the thrilling, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of rappelling down the 18-story Hyatt Regency Louisville in an exciting and safe environment.
This event will help curb the rising tide of loneliness, anxiety, and distress caused by a cancer diagnosis during the COVID-19 pandemic. Proceeds will help ensure the community, social connections, coping skills, and access to individual and family therapy offered at Gilda’s Club are sustained for our 1,800 participants.
We need LOTS of volunteer support to make this happen.
We have several shifts on the day of the event, as well as a skilled volunteer role for anyone with climbing/ropes experience or enthusiasm!
