Many of the children at Bellewood & Brooklawn have experienced abuse and neglect and often arrive at our campus with their belongings in plastic garbage bags, unsure of what lies ahead. You can help ease their transition into our care and make it less intimidating. By donating items for our Welcome Baskets, you will help each child feel welcomed and supported as they begin their new journey.
Items needed for the baskets include a laundry basket, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, towels, washcloths, blankets, small games, stuffed animals, and more.
Donations can be dropped off at our Brooklawn campus, located at 3121 Brooklawn Campus Drive, Louisville, KY 40218, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
