Junior Achievement is searching for volunteers to serve as mentors by presenting our classroom learning experiences. JA's goal is to create a platform to position students in achieving long term economic success in a global community. JA programs foster financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurial skills.
JA provides everything needed including materials and support. The detailed curriculum includes a user-friendly guide as well as activities for students that are both interactive and engaging. Please note that the educator always remains in the classroom and is available to assist.
It is a 6 session course that meets once a month for 45 minutes. The start date is set, but you will set your schedule with the educator once you have committed to volunteering with JA. The date shown is the start date.
These volunteer opportunities are fun and a great way to make an impact on a student's life! Please contact us for more information.
