Oldham County Health Department

The Oldham County Health Department is a public entity impacting every facet of the area we serve. Whether providing support for new mothers through WIC and HANDS, promoting strategies to reduce the impact of drug use through the OC Coalition, or ensuring public safety through restaurant and water evaluation, OCHD continually monitors the community for health threats in accordance with statutorily responsibilities. OCHD offers a variety of services and resources including population health initiatives, enforcement of regulations, emergency preparedness & response, communicable disease control, and maintenance of administrative and organizational infrastructures. We believe healthy people build a strong community and are impacting the health of Oldham County through community engagement and vibrant cross-sector partnerships.
