Who We Are
SOS is a global health non-profit organization that meets critical healthcare needs, saving and improving lives, in impoverished and oppressed communities by redistributing medical and health related surplus items to those in desperate need. With this work, SOS amplifies the positive impact of our "boots on the ground" partners who serve those communites, both in our own region (city and state) and across the globe.
What We Do
As a leader in the Surplus Recovery Industry, SOS collects and reprocesses medical surplus from multifarious medical facilities in the midwest and redistributes/donates back into communities to alleviate barriers to good health.
With the help of volunteers, SOS provides these donations of crucial medical and educational supplies to over 300 partner agencies throughout our city and state, impacting thousands of lives annually.
