Howard Steamboat Museum, Inc.

We are a group of both paid and volunteer folks who support the direction of our Board of Directors to preserve the legacy of the Howard family and the Great Steamboat Era through the home of the Howard family and their extensive collections.

The Clark County Historical Society/Howard Steamboat Museum, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history of the famous three-generation steamboat building Howard family, their legacy, and the lore of the Great Steamboat Era.
