Who We Are
We are artists, cousins, neighbors and friends holding space for peace, beauty and power in Louisville’s West End. The West End Women’s Collaborative began as a dream to care for each other and our block and it’s grown into a community where creativity meets purpose. We steward spaces like the Peace Labyrinth and ELAhouse as places to gather, reflect and take action. Our work is rooted in love for the land, memory of our people and the belief that ordinary folks can make extraordinary change together.
What We Do
At the West End Women’s Collaborative, we create and sustain peaceful, artistic spaces that spark imagination. From painting messages of hope onto the bricks of our Peace Labyrinth to transforming ELAhouse into a sanctuary for rest and creativity, we believe that art and nature can shape the future of our neighborhoods. Whether you're helping in the garden or bringing your own ideas to life, there's always room to roll up your sleeves and be part of something joyful and real.
