Impact Coaches play a pivotal role in our Financial Empowerment program. They serve as inspirational guides, offering encouragement and practical suggestions for students to implement the financial tools they've learned during the previous week's session (held on Saturdays). This personalized support encourages participants to be open and engage more fully with their coaches, and the program fostering the development of meaningful relationships.
To serve as an Impact Coach, it is preferred to have at least a basic level of financial literacy education and/or personal experience in effectively managing your own finances. All program personnel are required to sign a confidentiality agreement as they will be responsible for handling participant-sensitive information.
Participants must contact their designated Impact Coach after each Saturday class to arrange a discussion. Phone conversations usually last between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the rapport formed between you and the participants.
When the weekly discussion is completed, the Impact Coach will send an email to info@ahandupcrc.org stating they have met with their assigned student and if their participant has completed the homework assignment.
The next session begins February 15 - March 29, 2025 (Saturdays 10 am - 1 pm)
