Playzone Assistant Volunteer

Support our partner organization, The Better Together Collective, by volunteering as a Playzone Assistant!

Playzone Assistants help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 0–5. Volunteers will support children during free play, structured activities, and other age-appropriate learning and engagement opportunities.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Engage with children ages 0–5 during play and structured activities
• Assist with age-appropriate games, activities, and learning experiences
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized Playzone environment
• Support staff with activity setup, transitions, and cleanup
• Provide positive and attentive interaction with participating children

Experience working with young children is encouraged but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to support families in our community through a fun, hands-on volunteer experience.
