Do you have a passion for connecting people and fostering a strong sense of community? Become a Community Bringer and play a vital role in creating a supportive and welcoming environment for our neighbors, volunteers, supporters, and board members. As a Community Bringer, you'll be a key part of building relationships and strengthening the bonds that make our community thrive.
What you'll do:
- Spread joy and support by sending cards for birthdays, get-well wishes, and condolences.
- Reach out with friendly phone calls to check in and connect with members of our community.
- Plan and facilitate fun and engaging community events, like potlucks, movie nights, and game gatherings.
- Help us cultivate a thriving online community where everyone feels welcome and supported.
- Contribute your ideas and talents to other community-building initiatives.
What you'll need:
- A warm and friendly personality with a genuine desire to connect with others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with social media is a plus!

We'll provide a brief training covering everything you need to know, including our mission, policies, and community-building strategies. We welcome volunteers 18 and older. All adult volunteers will complete a background check.
