The Office of Sustainability at Louisville Metro Government is hosting Earth Fest, a community festival with food, music, performances, arts and environmental activities, games, community resources, and more on Saturday, March 29, 2025. This event will kick off all the Earth Month events happening in the Louisville area!

Volunteer Details:
Earth Fest volunteer shifts are in two-hour block shifts each and include a delicious meal prepared by our caterers, Feed Louisville and Greenz N Tingz! If you can only stay one hour, it is still helpful! Please let us know your time constraints as well as any health accommodations we should know about in the Any additional notes for Earth Fest Organizers section at the form below.
Event Set-Up tasks include setting up tents, tables, chairs, and additional equipment for the community resource fair. Activities Support includes assisting with nature-based and other event activities that will be ongoing during the event. Event Tear-Down includes breaking down tables, tents, chairs, and other equipment and returning these items to the appropriate locations to be picked up. Shift details are below:

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Event Set-Up
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Activities Support
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Activities Support
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Event Tear-Down
