Want to make a difference by supporting a center dedicated to serving the community? Volunteering with the Catholic Enrichment Center is a great way to put your clerical skills to use while serving those most in need. At our front desk, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who visits the CEC or calls our main line. Your tasks may include:
- Answering phone calls and returning voicemails, directing callers to the appropriate CEC staff member
- Welcoming visitors at the door, guiding them to staff offices for scheduled meetings and accepting donations for our food pantry & shelter services
- Engaging with individuals seeking CEC services with compassion and care, referring them to the correct numbers for housing, shelter, and food
- Assisting with the processing of food pantry info, translating data to Excel.
