PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Volunteers will be filling 2500 healthy snack kits for students and individuals in the community.
At the completion of the project, the kits will be picked up by 35+ nonprofit agencies who will distribute them across Metro United Way’s seven-county service region.
ABOUT DAY(S) OF ACTION:
Metro United Way’s Day of Action launched in 2018 to harness the spirit and power of volunteers, bringing corporate teams together to take on some of our community’s toughest challenges. Over the last eight years, more than 2,000 volunteers have completed 170+ projects in seven counties in KY and IN.
