This Day of Action Project supply drive will take place at:
Seven Counties Services located at 3121 Brooklawn Campus Dr, Louisville, KY 40218
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are in need of canned goods and non perishable foods for our children and family clients on the Seven Counties Services and Bellewood & Brooklawn side who are experiencing a loss of food options and resources due to COVID. Many of our kids can receive a lunch from JCPS but parents and guardians are not able to use the program, and often go without eating lunch/dinner or have very limited options.
PROJECT IMPACT
This project will benefit many families that are currently using Seven County Services as a resource. Many of our clients suffer a lack of vital resources, and are often worrying about their next meal. By providing these food boxes, families will have a sense of relief and know they will have food to eat.
Requested supplies:
- Boxes with non perishable food items inside such as pasta, sauce, canned vegetables, canned fruit, spaghettios, ramen, peanut butter, snack foods, etc.
