Volunteers will assist guests with silent auction bidding, live auction bid spotting, check-in, check-out, and handing out goody bags at the conclusion of the event. Box lunch provided. All local, state and federal COVID-19 guidelines will be followed (such as masks, temperature checks, hand sanitizing, etc.).
Masks are encouraged when not actively eating or drinking.
Event Description:
The most fun daytime party in Louisville is back in person at The Brown Hotel!
This unique fundraiser attracts some of the city’s most gracious and creative hosts and hostesses and challenges them to create a movie-themed table while inviting their guests to participate in the theme through their own wardrobe or accessories. All while raising crucial support for children with hearing loss at Heuser Hearing & Language Academy.
