Spring Spruce Up: Volunteers of America Mid-States

Bring your friends, family and/or co-workers and join other community partners to help spruce up the Volunteers of America Mid-States Shelby Street addiction recovery program campus.  This is a 4 story building with a playground and a small park dedicated to our clients.  Choose from painting projects, gardening/landscaping projects, litter pickup around our campus and throughout the adjoining neighborhood (weather permitting), or assist with cleaning or other projects inside the facility.  The project will begin at 9am and conclude at 3pm.  Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty, close-toed shoes, and be sure to bring a mask to wear especially if volunteering indoors.
