Join us for a fun afternoon of tree planting! We will be planting 50 trees to make Louisville's streets a little greener.
- Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Trained Citizen Foresters can arrive at 12:30 pm to help prep)
- Rain Plan: In the event of rain/snow, the project will take place on Sunday from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. All signed up volunteer will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Tools and guidance provided by the Urban Forestry Team
Groups and families are welcome. Volunteers under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do advise that kids be able to lift a full-sized shovel to get the most out of the planting.
