We will hopefully have lots of refugee arrivals in April! While I do not have specific dates yet, I will update this opportunity when I have specific dates/times for refugee apartment set ups.
As part of our work for refugees at Catholic Charities, we find and set up housing for newly arrive families and individuals. In order to make sure our clients feel welcomed, safe, and happy as they arrive to Louisville we make sure their housing is completely ready for them when they arrive. This takes volunteers to help make beds, set up kitchens/bathrooms, carry in furniture, etc. so our clients are settled in places they can call home!
