Join Russell: A Place of Promise (RPOP) as we clean up the streets and yards of the historic Russell neighborhood. Meet us at 1718 W Muhammad Ali Blvd to do raking, trash pick up, and sweeping. As we clean up, we'll share community resources with residents and businesses.
