Your participation as a volunteer will play a crucial role in ensuring that the festival runs smoothly and that everyone has a memorable and enjoyable time.

We require a dedicated team of volunteers to help ensure the smooth operation of the festival. Below are the various roles and responsibilities for which volunteers are needed:

Set-Up Crew:
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 5 per day
- Time Commitment: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up stages, booths, signage, and other event infrastructure.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment in designated areas.
- Help with any last-minute preparations as needed.

Registration & Information Booth:
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 3 per day
- Time Commitment: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Responsibilities:
- Greet attendees and provide information about the festival schedule, locations, and activities.
- Assist with registration, ticket sales, and distributing festival materials.
- Answer questions and provide directions to various areas of the festival grounds.

Stage Crew:
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 6 per day
- Time Commitment: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Responsibilities:
- Assist performers with loading and unloading equipment.
- Ensure that the stage area is clean and organized between performances.
- Help with stage transitions and equipment adjustments as needed.

Vendor Support:
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 4 per day
- Time Commitment: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Responsibilities:
- Assist vendors with setting up and breaking down their booths.
- Provide support to vendors throughout the day, including helping with customer inquiries or purchases.
- Monitor vendor areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Cleanup Crew:
- Number of Volunteers Needed: 2 per day
- Time Commitment: 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with breaking down stages, booths, and event infrastructure.
- Collect trash and ensure that the festival grounds are clean and tidy.
- Help with loading equipment and returning rental items to designated locations.
