Event Date & Time:
- Biweekly Sundays, starting May 19, 2024
- Market Hours: 4 PM to 8 PM
- Volunteer Hours: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Volunteer Assignments & Schedules:
- Material Handling & Setup/Breakdown: (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
- Kids Station Supervisors: (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Trash Collection: (Continuous, 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
- Assistance with Carrying Items: (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Vendors and Event Support: (Continuous, 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM)
- Greeters: (3:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
- Canvassing: (Before and during the market, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM and various times)
- Sign Holding: (Peak times, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at the Registration Tent where you will receive your apron and final instructions. This is also where you can leave personal belongings in a secure area.
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. You will receive a volunteer apron upon check-in, which we ask you to wear throughout the event to identify you as part of the team.
Breaks and Refreshments: Refreshments will be available at the Volunteer Tent. We have scheduled breaks for everyone, and you can coordinate break times with your co-volunteers and supervisors.
